The exquisitely gorgeous Megan Skye Strydom has been on our radar for quite some time now and considered as one of the hottest South African babes we’ve ever laid our eyes on, so it gives us great pleasure to bring her to you as our LW Babe of the Week.
Megan is fairly new to the modelling game and luckily for us, the talented Jacques Du Preez scouted her, got her in studio and produced this sexy photo-shoot. Enjoy gents.

Tell us a bit about yourself, what makes Megan the lady she is today?
I’m a very independent young lady. I grew up in difficult circumstances where I was forced to mature quickly. It makes me appreciate the little things in life and it taught me that kind acts mean so much more than having materialistic things. I am trying to be the best, kindest version of myself every day to bring out the best in people, lift them higher at their worst and give them a more positive outlook on life, to me that is being truly successful. Once you get to know me well, you’ll see that I’m actually a funny down to earth girl. I am happiest when I can make people laugh, that’s a true ego boost for me. I’m an “Afrikaans Pretoria poppie ” as they would say. I went to seven different schools and moved everywhere .I’m actually a very shy girl and used to hide away the real me by going to nightclubs all the time. Now I’m just focusing on being fit and more healthier than I was yesterday. I’m also starting a promotional company that will be up and running perfectly in 2months.
What did you want to be when you were growing up? How close or how far have strayed from that?
I’ve always wanted to be a model but I was a ugly duckling in my younger days, I was teased and laughed at. It was a dream I could never tell anyone as I knew they would tear me down about it. I haven’t done anything about it but I do have more shoots coming up and hopefully someone out there sees me!

Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?
Happily Married with a beautiful person and kids, at peace knowing I traveled the world and didn’t give up on my dream.
What does a day in the life of Megan consist of?
Eat sleep train repeat [laughs]. On a serious note, I’m either working or at home reading spiritual books and cooking meals to drakes tunes. I love being home.
When it comes to a night out partying, what makes for a great night out?
After 4 years of partying nonstop, I can finally say that I don’t go out anymore. It’s almost been 3 months since I’ve been in a club. I’ve lost my appetite completely. I’d prefer a night at home drinking red wine and having deep meaningful conversations with people that actually want to gain knowledge in life.
What have been some of the best parties you’ve been to?
Truth. People don’t judge you there, you don’t have to dress up and you can dance the way you want to. Everyone is one big happy family.
If you could choose any festival/party to attend anywhere in the world. What would it be and who would you take with?
Tomorrow Land and I would take my friend Bianca Pieterse with. Need someone to look after me.
What type of guy turns you on and what qualities do you look for in him?
Sorry to say this, can’t help it, but muscles are a turn on! He needs to be a passionate person, respectful, have a beautiful heart, kind, loving personality and make you a priority. Above all, he must be an old soul.
Give us some hints on what you would expect from us if we had to take you on a date?
Be fun, make me laugh, take me somewhere you won’t just take anyone. Make an effort, don’t treat me just like one of the other girls you’ve taken on dates.
