What are your thoughts on your LW Babe shoot with us and how it turned out?
It was pretty cool, totally loved the location (Raw Fitness) and felt very comfortable with you guys…staring at me.

How did the fitness themed shoot fit in with your lifestyle and who Adelene is?
I have such a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. It forms part of my daily routine, it´s habit now. I live, eat , sleep, breath fitness – so the fitness themed shoot fitted in damn good. I am a Fitness Freak, Dog Lover and Jet-Setter!

What drives you to keep focused in your fitness lifestyle and keeping your body in such fine shape?
My health and my ability to train, something that we all take for granted most days. There´s a guy that trains at my gym every single morning – he has no legs. That keeps me going when the going gets tough.
I will have to spill my secret and tell you that my early morning “fix” before gym does wonders…PharmaFreak Pre-workout and Fat Burner!

Tell us about some of the competitions you will be competing in and what your future goals are?
I started competing in 2013 and I´m hooked! This year I´ve competed at the WBFF, where I placed 2nd in the Bikini Fitness Diva division and I will be competing this coming weekend at the Rossi Classic. I’ve been training really hard and looking forward to competing again.
I set goals for myself and then I smash it. I always aim to better my body and I have learned so much through diet and training. I am my own motivation. There´s always areas that I want to work on and better for the next competition. It´s the best feeling when your hard work paid off. I want to compete internationally, it will be such an honour to compete against the best of the best. There´s nothing sexier than a strong girl.

You are married to one of SA’s top superbike racers, Sheridan Morais. Was it his ability on a bike that attracted you to him or just the plain fact that guys who race bikes are cool?
Well actually, he is one hell of a dancer and that just did it for me. He just rides bikes for fun.

Explain the life of a wife of a superbike racer?
It´s fast, exciting, challenging and stressful. We lived in Europe for about 2 years, which was an amazing experience. This year we are based in South Africa, which means Shez has to travel a lot and I have to watch his races on the couch. That kind of sucks. We spend a lot of time apart, but at least I have my doggie, Sega, to keep me company. I love my life though. It´s very different to your “normal everyday life” but who wants to be normal? I choose to be different. I take each day as it comes, as things always change with my husband´s career.

How good are your skills on a bike?
Ohhhhhh I can ride…ask Shez.

You recently visited the United States. How was the trip, how long were you there for and what did you get up to?
Oh my word. It is by far the coolest place I’ve ever been to. Shez had a WSBK round at Laguna Seca, (California) and we decided to stay on for a month. Where do I start. We hiked the Grand Canyon, experienced Las Vegas, trained on the famous Muscle Beach and had a quick lunch with Brad Pitt and Angelina in Hollywood.

What were some of your standout experiences from the trip?
The cars, Mustang and Dodge…too cool. Another “dope” experience was definitely competing in a bikini fitness show at Muscle Beach, Venice.

There is no doubt that whoever is reading this feature is in complete awe with your body. Which is your favourite part of your body and which do you think grabs the most attention?
I am pretty damn proud of my “back-side” and I think it grabs the most attention. I love a big round booty…the bigger the better!

What string of events would provoke your wild side to come out?
When Shez takes me around the track at race pace, trust me that brings out my wild side! I am a speed freak.

You have a sexy tattoo on your right hip. What’s your take on tattoos and will you be getting more?
I dig tattoos. Yup!
